I've believed style has the power to change far more than how we look.
Long before founding UNHIDDEN, I trained as a personal stylist because I was fascinated by the relationship between confidence, identity and the way we present ourselves to the world.
Life then took me in a different direction. For over twenty years, I built a successful international career as a senior technology executive, leading global teams, developing leaders and helping people grow in confidence in high-pressure environments.
Whether I was in the boardroom or the fitting room, I kept noticing the same thing...
The women I met didn't lack ability They didn't lack intelligence. And they certainly didn't lack style.
They lacked confidence.
When I returned to styling women, that belief was reinforced every single day. I realised the clothes were rarely the real problem. Women were navigating menopause, motherhood, weight changes, career transitions, loss, retirement and changing identities. Style became the visible symptom of something much deeper.
That realisation led me to create UNHIDDEN—a six-week confidence and style experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves, before reconnecting with their wardrobes.
Today, I work with women through UNHIDDEN, one-to-one styling, colour analysis, wardrobe consultations, workshops, speaking engagements and television, helping them rebuild confidence through style.
With a community of over 50,000 followers across social media and appearances on RTÉ Today, my mission remains the same:
To help women stop hiding, reconnect with who they are today, and dress with confidence.
Because style isn't about changing who you are.
It's about giving your confidence permission to catch up with the woman you've already become.
